Negative pressure filter equipment, backed by over 20 years of R&D and manufacturing at Hesheng, fully automates filtration, counter-current cake washing, dewatering, cake discharge, and cloth cleaning.
Our negative pressure filtration systems include horizontal vacuum belt filters, vacuum tray belt filters and ceramic disc vacuum filters. Each design handles the filtration cycle differently, so equipment selection should be based on the slurry itself rather than the filtration principle alone.
For a new project, we normally evaluate feed concentration, particle-size distribution, required dry-solids capacity, cake-washing requirements, target cake moisture, corrosion conditions and available installation space before recommending a filter configuration.
Different negative pressure filters are suited to different slurry behavior, washing requirements and production conditions.
The DU horizontal vacuum belt filter provides continuous filtration over a moving filter cloth and is particularly suitable where large filtration area, continuous cake washing and separate collection of mother liquor and wash liquid are required.
The DI vacuum tray belt filter uses an indexing operating cycle rather than a continuously moving vacuum box. This structure can be considered where the process benefits from staged filtration and controlled movement between filtration steps.

The CF ceramic vacuum disc filter uses rotating microporous ceramic plates as the filtration medium. It is commonly considered for suitable mineral concentrates and tailings where continuous filtration and ceramic-media regeneration are required.

Negative pressure filtration creates a pressure difference across the filter medium. A vacuum source draws liquid through filter cloth, ceramic plates or another porous filtration surface, while solids remain on the feed side and gradually form a filter cake.
In continuous equipment, the process normally continues beyond initial cake formation. Depending on the machine, the cake may pass through washing and additional vacuum dewatering stages before discharge, after which the filter medium is cleaned or regenerated for the next cycle.
