Recently, Qingdao Hesheng company has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of 4 sets of intelligent fully-closed vacuum belt filters (model: DU-32m2/2000, DU-18.2m2/1300) tailor-made for a rare earth (Group) Hi-Tech Company Limited, marking that the level of China's rare earth industry intelligent production equipment has stepped up to a new level.
The fourth-generation intelligent filtration equipment delivered this time integrates a number of innovative technologies: the first “sliding window” type dynamic sealing system adopts 316L stainless steel monolithic molding, together with the 0.05mm-level machining accuracy of the airtight structure, realizing a reduction of more than 90% in the amount of VOCs fugitive. Intelligent central control system based on the digital twin technology, and realizes real-time optimization of the equipment's OEE (integrated equipment efficiency) through 5G-MEC edge computing, helping the client to build the 1st unmanned demonstration workshop for rare earth smelting in China. The project team overcame 12 technical difficulties, such as process adaptation and material anti-corrosion.
The successful implementation of this project not only highlights Qingdao Hesheng's technological leadership in the field of high-level filtration equipment, but also creates a new paradigm for the intelligent upgrading of rare-earth smelting, and provides Hesheng's solutions for the digital transformation of the process industry.
