Hesheng Filter
This video introduces the structure and working process of Hesheng DZG Belt Vacuum Ultra-High Pressure Filter. As an upgraded vacuum belt filter solution for deep dewatering, the equipment combines vacuum suction, pressurization, rolling, and continuous cloth operation to improve solid-liquid separation efficiency.
The DZG Belt Vacuum Ultra-High Pressure Filter is designed for materials that require stronger dehydration performance than conventional filtration equipment. It can be used for industrial filtration, industrial solid waste, mine tailings, gypsum, sludge, biomass residues, traditional Chinese medicine slag, and other materials with high moisture reduction requirements.
During operation, the slurry is evenly distributed onto the filter cloth through the feeding hopper. The rubber belt and filter cloth move continuously over the vacuum box. When the vacuum box is connected to the vacuum system, liquid passes through the filter cloth and is collected into the vacuum box, while solids remain on the cloth to form a filter cake.
The filter cake then moves forward into the pressurization section. Under the action of the covering pressurizing device and pressure rollers, part of the moisture is removed from the cake. After that, the cake enters the vacuum high-pressure deep dewatering section, where vacuum suction and rolling pressure continue to reduce moisture.
Finally, the filter cake is discharged by the upper and lower filter cloth discharge devices. The filter cloth is cleaned by the washing device and then returns to the next filtration cycle.
